The front of the seat on the Raja Chair drops 3 inches from the side to the middle to allow for the feet to rest more comfortably below the knees while the back of the seat remains straight across to raise the hips slightly.
The shorter arms on the Raja Chair were designed so as not to interfere with crossed legs when sitting and can also help with getting up and down or with resting the arms while seated. The overall dimensions of the Raja Chair are the same as the Serenity Chair - 30"w x 28"d x 21"h and 8 " off the floor with cushion.

All Raja Meditation Chairs now comes in Honey Brown finish with Cream cotton covers. The filling in the cushions is all natural Kapok a more ecological option to cotton batting. You can additionally purchase our premium cotton blend covers in 3 rich colors all which remove for easy washing.
